If you’re an influencer, you have to connect your social media account with Earnly to get brand deals. If you’re a publisher, it is not mandatory to connect your social media account, blog, website, or community channel with Earnly.

Earnly Magic Link requires permissions to access your Instagram account to access and manage comments, messages, and insights effectively. If you do not select any or all of the permissions, Earnly Magic Link may not function properly with your Instagram automation. This could lead to issues such as missing unread comments, undelivered direct messages, and incomplete automation campaign analytics.

Yes. Publishers can also sign up for the Earnly Magic Link. Since this is an Instagram automation tool, you must connect your Instagram business account to Earnly to access the DM automation feature.

No. Joining the Earnly influencer platform is entirely free of charge. Earnly doesn't impose any registration or platform fees for using the service.

No. You are only allowed to have multiple accounts on the Earnly platform as stated in our User Agreement.

No. Earnly uses a passwordless authentication method that requires identity verification through one-time passcodes sent via text message.

Yes, you can change your email ID on your Earnly account. To do this, go to your profile section and click on 'Edit Profile'.

Earnly's passwordless authentication method provides a quick and secure way to access your account. If you're unable to log in to your Earnly account, please follow these steps:

Double-check that you have entered the correct contact number.

Ensure your mobile phone is within network range.

Verify that DND (Do Not Disturb) services are not activated on your mobile number.

Pending Income refers to the earnings you have when someone shops using your campaign's income links on a brand website. This earning is initially recorded as 'pending' because the return/cancellation policies differ for various products and brands. For instance, if a purchase is made through your shared campaign income link from Myntra. It will be first tracked and displayed in your Earnly account section, indicating that you have Pending Income within 96 hours. Once the cancellation or return period for that sale has passed, Myntra will confirm it, and your Pending Income will be transitioned to Confirmed Income. However, if the buyer cancels or returns the order, your income will also be cancelled, as the brand only pays us for completed orders/campaigns, not those that are cancelled.

Confirmed Income refers to the actual earnings through campaigns that you can redeem to your bank account through various NEFT or E-gift vouchers. This income has been verified and confirmed by the brand, meaning that the sale/campaign is complete and not subject to cancellation or return.

Log in to your Earnly account and navigate to the 'My Account' section. There you can view all your campaign earnings, including the date, merchant, amount, your income, status, and reference ID.

You will receive an email notification whenever your audience makes a purchase through the campaign's income link. Additionally, you can check the Earning Report section in your Earnly account.

When your audience makes a purchase using your shared income link, it may take anywhere from 30 minutes to a maximum of 72 working hours to track your earnings. To find the specific tracking times for each campaign or retailer, please refer to the 'View Details' section associated with that retailer/brand.

Your pending earnings confirmation is based on the campaign/brand payment policy. After a sale is made, it may take anywhere from 15 days to 90 days for your income to be fully confirmed. For a more accurate estimate, please check the specific payment terms associated with each campaign/brand.

There are several situations in which earnings are not tracked on Earnly. These include:

Income is not available for the brand campaign.

Income is not available when purchasing brand products through their mobile app.

Earnly has a specific withdrawal policy that requires you to have a minimum of Rs. 50 in Confirmed Income before you can withdraw any funds. Once you have Confirmed Income in your Earnly account, you can withdraw the amount using any of the payment methods listed below. Please note that Pending Income cannot be withdrawn until it has been updated to 'Confirmed' status by the brand.

Earnly currently supports two payment methods for withdrawing confirmed income. These include:

Bank transfers

Brand e-gift vouchers

To redeem your confirmed income on Earnly, follow these steps:

Log in to your Earnly account.

Navigate to the 'Withdrawal' section in the menu.

Choose your preferred payment method, bank transfer or E-Vouchers.

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

Verify your request using the one-time password (OTP) to complete the withdrawal.

You must have at least Rs. 50 in your Earnly account as Confirmed Income to withdraw it through a bank transfer or e-gift card.

Confirmed income withdrawals for bank transfers usually take 2 to 3 days to be credited to your bank account. If you would like to receive your income more quickly, consider choosing the E-Gift Voucher option, as we process these requests on the same day.

You can request only one withdrawal per payment method each day. For example, if you have already requested a bank transfer of Rs. 5000 today, any further bank transfer requests will only be accepted the following day. However, you can still request a gift card withdrawal on the same day.

If you encounter any issues during income withdrawal, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance in resolving the problem.

Earnly representatives will only request your PAN card details if your withdrawal amount exceeds Rs. 30,000 for a one-time payment or if your total withdrawals surpass Rs. 1 lakh within a financial year. This information is necessary for calculating TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
